These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) contain the terms and conditions for the use of the services shown on the www.acanthus.ro website (hereinafter: website) by the user (hereinafter “User”). By using the Website, the User acknowledges and agrees with the present GTC.
● All the site’s elements (text, images, graphics, etc …) are copyrighted, and may not be copied, modified, or distributed for commercial purposes!
● The images uploaded to this site are for information purposes only
● Changes to any information on the Website or any action taken by the User to limit the proper functioning of the Website may be subject to criminal prosecution.
● Any disputes that may arise between the Website owner and the User shall be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, the matter shall be referred to the competent authority of the Municipality of Tirgu Mures.
● Www.acanthus.ro will provide its Users / Buyers with a return option for products purchased through the Website within 30 days of receipt, subject to the terms and conditions set out on the Website, and the cost will be refunded within 14 days. The refund does not include shipping costs.
● The right of withdrawal from the Contract or the return of the Product shall not be exercised in the following cases:
● the personalized order made by the customer-specified size exceeded the 30-day cancellation deadline
● the purchased product is not returned in its original condition, changes can be seen, see impact, breakage, equipment traces, etc.
● Any complaints regarding the quality or service may be sent to the following email address: office@acanthus.ro.
● We will try to resolve any warranty issue as soon as possible at the registered office of Sc Makkai S Veress Srl. To this end, the purchased product must be returned to us in its original packaging and condition with the invoice and warranty letter used to complete the purchase. In the absence of such documents, we reserve the right to reject the warranty requested. The full cost of returning the warranty product shall be borne by the purchaser.
● Products that are not returned in their original condition, are damaged, see impact, breakage, equipment, etc., are not eligible for warranty service.
● In the event that the product has a manufacturing defect and is returned by the purchaser and the same item is not in stock, the purchaser can agree to replace it with a similar product or to refund the price. In this case, of course, the purchaser shall send a message to the office@acanthus.ro email address.
● Sc Makkai S Veress Srl, the owner of this Website, reserves the right to make changes to the Website in any way whatsoever without prior notice.
